Oregon is a beautiful state with more than 50 state parks available for camping. You can make reservations 9 months in advance or as few as 2 days before your stay. There are also first come first serve sites. When you make a reservation, you must pay the entire amount due for the length of your stay plus a nonrefundable $8 reservation fee. Reservations may be made online with a credit card, or by calling 1-800-452-5687 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Alfred A Loeb State Park is located 10 miles NE of Brookings.

Beachside State Recreation Site is located a few miles south of Waldport on the coast.

Beverly Beach State Park is a few steps from the ocean just north of Newport.

Bullars Beach State Park is located 2 miles north of Bandon and is a horse camp.

Cape Blanco State Park is 9 miles North of Port Orford and features a lighthouse and historic Hughes House tours.

Cape Lookout State Park is located 12 miles Southwest of Tillamook

Carl G. Washburne Memorial State Park is located 14 miles North of Florence with a creek running through the campground.

Cascadia State Park is located 14 miles East of Sweet Home.

Catherine Creek State Park is located 8 miles SE of Union.

Champoeg State Heritage Area is located 7 miles East of Newberg along the Willamette River. The location is close to Portland where you can play disc golf, fish, canoe, enjoy an interactive history program or relax.

Clyde Holliday State Recreation Site is located 8 miles West of John Day.

Collier Memorial State Park is located 30 miles North of Klamath Falls.

The Cove Palisades State Park is located 15 miles Southwest of Madras.

Deschutes River State Recreation Area is located 17 miles East of The Dalles.

Detroit Lake State Recreation Area is located 50 miles East of Salem.

Devils Lake State Recreation Area is located in Lincoln City.

Emigrant Springs State Heritage Area is located 26 miles SE of Pendleton. You can bring your horse to this horse camp.

Fall Creek State Recreation Area is located 27 miles Southeast of Eugene.
